Every day, we are exposed to thousands of chemicals that work to destroy the hormonal balance of our bodies, with disastrous effects. Diet, stress, and environmental factors are constantly working to throw our bodies out of balance. Correcting these imbalances can save our health, and our sanity! It's important to supplement only with bio-identical hormones or safe natural alternatives.

2. Optimizing Your Immune System
Your immune system is the most awesome system in your body, easily rivaling your brain in terms of complexity, subtlety, and self-awareness. Yet, we seem to do everything in our power to destroy it. For example, just one can of cola can depress parts of your immune system by some 50 percent for as long as six hours. There is no chance for good health, or the elimination of disease, until your immune system has been optimized. Understanding how to use natural immune system builders, pathogen destroyers, and immunomodulators to take your immune system to the next level is crucial.

3. It's All about Energy
All life is energy. Optimize that energy and you optimize your health. The proper use of energy in the healing arts has a long and significant history. Charge your body with the right frequencies and you can prevent, and in many cases even reverse, disease.

4. The Thought that Kills
For years, stress and depression have been suspected of increasing the risk of contracting numerous infectious diseases and even cancer.
